Let me say instead that Jordy's main strength, at least the side of him that impresses me most, is engaging people on Flickr, whether in his groups, or around his own photography. When Jordy posts a shot up for critique, and I or others give him less than stellar marks, you should see his throng of followers jump to his defense, practically calling for the detractors' blood and all but suggesting he quit wasting his time on the haters. Now that's what I call dedication, and I think it takes a special person to earn that sort of unwavering support from his cheering section.

Why i haven't written a testimonial for this guy? I have no idea. What can i say that hasn't already been said? Probably nothing. Other than the fact that Jordy is one of my favorite people here on flickr, and one of the people i would give my right arm (ok leg, i can't shoot pics without my right arm) to meet in real life, he is also a wonderful artist. Every last one of his images seep emotion. You can just tell that when he does take a picture, he puts passion and thought and feeling into it, as well as natural talent. And his words....well, you know, they are always interesting to say the least ;) Love him or hate him, everyone must admit that he has a personality that is larger than life, and one that cannot be imitated nor duplicated. Love you to death Jordy :O)

I am very grateful to have found his Photostream because he is one of the most real, honest, and pure photographers and people that you will meet, ESPECIALLY on Flickr! His work will make you laugh, cry, feel uncomfortable, but most of all, *think*. His photos always stay with me for days after I see them...they're that moving! I've been watching Jordy's photos for a while now and I normally don't write testimonials, but he's awsome. I came onto Flickr to post my stuff and to get ideas and i think the one person who has influenced me the most with their concepts and reasoning is him. This is actually the first testimonial I write… I’m not really good with words in English but for Jordy it is worth a try… I’ve been a fan of his pictures and his descriptions for 6 months now… he is so talented in every way it would be hard to fully describe it, I can only say you should never miss his stream or your experience in flickr will never be complete… guess I can’t be objective about his work anymore because I simply love the guy now, I’m involved … I see beyond the image and worry if his eyes look sad and it makes me happy when I see him smile… he is an amazing friend, caring, supportive, honest, intelligent! He takes the time to write you a mail, to ask you how are you doing, he takes the time to be a friend. I’m an addict of his comments as well… If I don’t get one I feel that my picture is not complete… He makes me think, he makes me laugh, he makes me feel loved… and for that I can only do the same witch is love him back unconditionally!!! He is not afraid to experiment with processing, color, angles, etc., and as a result, his compositions are like a breath of fresh air. In addition to all of this, Jordy is an incredibly kind and sincere person.
