Some photographs serve as markers in time, journal entires that document travel, people and moments. This photo stream is my journal.

I also think of myself as a periodic artist, Images that I consider more in the realm of "art" can be found in my flickr stream www.flickr.com/photos/whitefences/ . Those photographs don't reveal everything in a glance; they require final assembly. Now that everyone has a camera, I find the most interesting subjects by looking in the opposite direction from the rest of the crowd.

But here it's simply a compendium of photos of journeys that need a place.
