Photography shares my hobby time with fishing - although I do photograph local events and scenery regulalry

I am very comfortable in Nikon Camera world - my D500 is awesome and allows me to do most of what I want without much difficulty - I usually have my D5300 on hand too

I love the photo critiques done by the Photographer Academy and am aiming to enter an image every month this year - I'll post the results here.

My interests are fairly broad:

The natural world as seen through our local forest

Motorsport

Architecture - particularly finding the abstract and the unusual

As ever comments are most appreciated - anything that will help me take better pictures or see things from a different angle
