Post university I took the opportunity to travel widely, learn new experiences and live abroad. In the time since my graduation I have acquired a host of additional skills to add to my portfolio, both with regard to working with other people and in a solo capacity. Having taken the opportunity to gain a plethora of skills with regard to communicating both with my colleagues and clients I worked in both in a supervisory capacity and as a teammate overseeing performances, briefing colleagues and Identifying areas of improvement both for my own work and in that of my peers. I have gained work experience within the design field and conducted freelance work in order to ensure my design skills remain current. My aim now is to focus on building a career based on my knowledge of design which will allow my to utilise my skills. My objective is to within the next 3-5 years hold a post worthy of the design council or a similar position.
