I have lived my entire life in New England, United States currently in the People's Republic of Cambridge, Massachusetts.

I'm married to a German-American, crschmidt here on Flickr, with two lovely adult daughters.

I appear cheerful when I'm depressed. I appear mellow when I'm angry. I appear relaxed when I'm tense. And I am aloof. I don't like giving of myself to people — too many years have taught me better than that. I am very giving to people except when it comes to myself. I will not give of myself to anyone.

People love me. Other people hate me. Chacun à son goût. I am an unashamed flâneuse and sybarite.
