Born in 1972 and I grew up in Rendalen in Østerdalen, Norway.

I grew up in a family where wildlife, hunting, fishing and hikes in the nature always played a very important role in our everyday life.

I was practically raised upon trout and moose that my father caught :)

Although we hunted and fished a lot - respect for the nature and its inhabitants was rule number one.

I am educated in forestry and have worked as a lumberjacker and sheperd amongst many other things before I started working with sales.

I now work with insurance for farmers.

I`ve always been fond of taking photos but it is not until the last few years that it has been my hobby #1.

I have recently started my own part time company that mostly concentrate on nature and animal photos.

In my leisure time I go on hikes if I`m not hiding in a bush somewhere with my Nikon waiting for an animal to pass by!
