Hi, I just moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, in order to start the graduate program (PhD) at NCSU for molecular and structural biochemistry. I'm a bit of a geek, I must confess, but it happens. I like, among other things, photography, books, trees, and nice people. Though I love good music and movies, I can't stand TV or the radio, because I really despise commercials. I'm offended by people telling me that if I buy their product I'll be cool and more attractive and happier, and using sneaky underhanded tricks to con people into believing their lies.

I believe that in all that we do, we should act, first, above all, for what's best for Humanity. Imagine the limitless possibilities we could achieve if we didn't have to spend so many resources protecting ourselves against those of our own species. We lie, we cheat, we're greedy, and generally try to knock down our neighbors so we can stand on their broken bodies to raise ourselves just a bit higher. Maybe someday I'll have enough character and strength to live as I believe we all should.
