My fascination with photography goes back for some years now, but up until late 2012, I was able to fully engage in it. I was finally able to purchase a DSLR (after a few months of saving) and didn't imagine what I had gotten into. Photography let's me capture images that I want to remember, places and situations, that I might also want to share with others.

I work full-time, go to school part-time (towards a bachelor's in management), and with the little time I have, I try to keep busy with friends, biking, music, movies and photography. I live in the Rio Grande Valley, in South Texas, a hot and somewhat humid place that offers little in terms of culture and biodiversity, but what there is, is full of history and completely enjoyable. Considering I'm not a Valley native, this place is more than you can bargain for.
