Josef's is my family business. I grew up watching my stepfather, who was classically trained in Vienna, work his pastry magic, while my mom ran the business side. I have now taken over many aspects of the business, but the decorating is my ABSOLUTE favorite! I love designing wedding cakes, making hand-decorated cookies and fine petit fours.
