I post the latest photographs of my Lego here on Flickr and am a member of the LEGO Military Flickr group to share my ideas and comments.
I generally give tips as to how I shoot with my photos too...

Macross Stuff
I'm re-living part of my childhood through an '80 cartoon called Robotech (which was the American Adaptation of a Japanese Anime called "Super Dimension Fortress Macross") - and in turn am acquiring some collectibles and watching the original Japanese version (Macross and it's ongoing franchise)). Visit my Macross Flickr set by clicking on the pic.
Kelvin255 and s4ints are guys that I have never met in real life. I'm not too sure if they've met each other either. They have really neat Robotech/Macross collections. They've helped me a fair bit as to know what's available. They have neat photos too. Check 'em out.

joriel's "just zis guy, you know?" ... legos galore ... macross glory ... all too far away for me to steal ... he's another good reason to visit oz ... first shout of guinness on me ...
Man, Joz is one of the coolest cats I've met online. He's everything I wish I could be for the most part but what he does is what I dream of sometimes. We share TONS in common: Transformers, old-school music, nice rides, good eatin' (and drinkin') and good friends as relatives, AND we both work in the education fiel… Read more

We share TONS in common: Transformers, old-school music, nice rides, good eatin' (and drinkin') and good friends as relatives, AND we both work in the education field (he has the better job than I do, I imagine-I'm not jealous, if that's what anyone's thinkin'). There are so many ways that I could describe this guy. whatever he sets his mind to do, he does it and does it with such an outstanding precision (I'm learning to do the same as well). I've never visited Syndey, and he's never visited Detroit, so I guess we explore each other's world by way of cyberspace. One thing that I appreciate about Joriel Jimenez is that-like most photographers who are their worst critic-he sees something in the works of other artists that the artist him/herself has yet to comprehend. If that ain't having good eyes, I don't know what is.

Joz is a wonderful photographer with a great eye for things. His photographs of legos and figures want to ship some of my projects to him to photograph I love them so much. His photos always have great insight to his life and his thoughts - they are self portraits without being photos of himself which is really interesting. He also has all the best toy things ever - his lego collection is sweet.

Joz, grand creator of troops to keep our commonwealth safe from impending doom. Where would we be without him? A positive and influential force in the Lego building community, and a very talented photographer indeed.
Joz's military troops are some of the most beautifully photographed Lego minifigs I have ever seen. His use of light is superb. Joz's minifig army has also been a huge inspiration into the building of my own minifig army. To that end...I think Joz owes me a couple hundred bucks. ;-) Oh. He's a helluva nice guy,… Read more
