I am a photographer currently based in San Francisco. I have lived in California, Hawai'i, Italy, and England, and travel as much as I can.

I'm always open to meeting and/or collaborating with other photographers, Robert Adams knew what he was talking about when he said "Your own photography is never enough. Every photographer who has lasted has depended on other people's pictures too -- photographs that may be public or private, serious or funny, but that carry with them a reminder of community." ..so HELLO Fllickr!

Now for some of the 'credentials' bit.. "In 2009, (Ashley's) photograph "Girl on Kingsland Road" was awarded exhibition in the UK's illustrious National Portrait Gallery Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize, and picked by NPG photography curator Terrence Pepper as his "Image of the Year" for the Telegraph UK. Ashley has had work exhibited and publishes in the US and internationally."
