It all started with a final paper in February 2005 when I had to make a trip to New York City's Humanities Research Public Library (it's beautiful!)... it was that day I decided that I needed a way to capture the world around me, and that I was officially in need of a cool hobby, especially in times when so much was happening in my life. Now that I look back, I remember spending countless hours as a kid looking through copies of National Geographic, admiring the beautiful images of all the exotic places around the world--perhaps this is where my love really may have begun.

As a student I used to I spend a lot of time at my desk...hence, many of my shots are dedicated towards "Desktop Snapshots"
