From an early age I have always enjoyed playing with cameras starting with an old 35mm compact taking photos of my pets, toys and family. When digital become more common place I got my 1st Digital Compact with a mind blowing (at the time) 2 megapixels that I took with me everywhere taking dramatic landscape and seascape photos which I sold for pocket money.

I drifted away from photography for a short time but a friend challenged me to take part in a 365 photo challenge which I did from my 29th to my 30th birthday as a record of the last ever year in my 20s. I never missed a day and in the year I went from a camera phone to compact to DLSR and never looked back.

some years after I started with that 1st photo I have pushed myself to learn new things and new ways to get the photo I wanted; learning from what I did wrong in the early days. My camera equipment also kept growing with my skill from budget DLSR to a semi-pro and now the Flagship Pro Nikon DLSR and a Pro set of lenses.

I now keep looking to what to learn next as new ways and ideas happen.
