I was born in Edinburgh in 1980 where I lived until 2006, when I moved to Madrid. My interest in photography started around 2004, but I didn't start it as a real hobby until I bought my first DSLR in 2010.

At the beginning of 2012 I also started collecting film cameras and shooting colour & B&W film. I develop the B&W myself.

I shoot with a variety of gear - Panasonic Lumix S5, Canon 6D, Pentax (K3 DSLR, 645 and numerous 35mm film SLRs) but also Minolta SR, Canon EOS and Yashica (124Gs and rangefinders) and a Fujifilm X-M1 & X-T20. I have a serious case of GBA (Gear Buying Addiction), especially lenses and love using old manual lenses on my digital cameras as well as on film.

I like photographing landscapes, streets, people and anything interesting I see, especially if there's great light.
