I began this page as an online portfolio whilst studying at Gateshead College for "NCFE-3 Digital Photography". The course is now over and we are all anxiously awaiting the results! So, I guess this page is now just a straightforward web presense - half portfolio, half photo blog! All feedback is more than welcome.
My "other" Flickr page is:
www.flickr.com/people/jonnyandwendy
Published images have included:
Exhibition Park for the Schmap online tourist guide.
World Aids Day for the AIDS charity, Avert.
And nothing else so far!
I'm an occasional user of Facebook - and you can contact me there if you don't use Flickr. Unfortunately, every time I login I see bizarre messages telling me someone just "threw a fish at me" and that I've been "poked" by someone else for nefarious reasons known only to themselves. So then I don't bother to login again for a few weeks! At least safety is of paramount concern on Facebook, as I have been sent numerous tests to find out if I might be a vampire, serial killer, etc...
Don't know what this actually has to do with Deoxyribonucleic Acid, but the "DNA" link below takes you to a page of various stats about my Flickr portfolio.
My current personal favourite image is this one:
I have a few concerns about the tonality of the monochrome processing, but I still like the drama of it.
The map below shows some places I've been. Never been to Alaska by the way, but I guess it's all part of the USA.

Tried this on 1st April, so they may have scored at random as a joke! Had to make an educated guess at a couple of the questions - so don't know if that's cheating!
