Curious about the earth, the forces that shape it and some of the flora rooted to it. For photographic inspiration, I prefer the less habited areas, ideally open access land.

Passionate about landscape photography and the challenges of taking a photgraph, that does justice to a view. Images have been uploaded from Aperture Raw processing software, so the photo viewed is a realistic representation of my vision and technique (or lack thereof) in crafting a photograph, in the field.

My hard drive has compelling evidence that I aspire to be, at best, worse than mediocre in photographing anything with a face or a mother.
