Portland, Oregon born and raised Joann Lundberg graduated from Linfield College in 2006 with Departmental &; Thesis Honors in Studio Art, and a minor in Spanish. She is interested in Surrealism, people watching, breakfast for dinner and the healing potential of art.

During the span of Jo’s childhood she quickly necessitated the skill of drawing as a means of entertainment during long, arduous Catholic masses, which provided her a wealth of time and subjects. This acted as a formative event, which would later fuel her intrigue for portraiture.

When she is not in the studio she likes to run amuck.
