A recent move to the coast soothed my soul, allowed me to shake off my past, inspired me to revisit my love of photography and pick up my camera again after a long absence. Flickr made me realise that I had an awful lot to learn so that is what I have set about doing.

These photographs represent my growth journey and my experimenting with new techniques (which does not always go well I am afraid). I have recently taking the plunge into fully manual settings and I have an awfully long way to go so be kind. I was using a Sony Cybershot DSC-HX5 and have recently upgraded to a Nikon D3000.
