Over 40 years of photography, I started with slides to learn exposure, went to negatives to be able to share prints and then moved to digital with a variety of cameras. Lately, a converted Nikon D80 for infrared, and a Sony Nex 3 for color, and a Moto X when I don't have anything else. I have always let my images be used if credit is given to me. I always ask for a link or a PDF file so I can see how it's used. Of all the times my pictures were used (to my knowledge) I was sent 1 link from a woman in Canada. That made my day.

I'll be deleting pictures of less than 100 views over the next year as my Pro membership expires next March. Strange thing is Flickr offered a discount to put a credit card as payment and then charged for full price anyway. I'm posting less and less anyway so going back to the free version won't

be that much of a handicap for me.
