Founded in 2006, Johns Creek, Ga., is a proud city of about 82,300 people along the Chattahoochee River northeast of Atlanta. The city is home to the Atlanta Athletic Club, which hosted the 2011 PGA Championship, and was the site of the 2010 Atlanta Tennis Championships. It also is headquarters of several Fortune 500 companies, and is known for its white-collar work force and superlative schools.
