My interests are creating painterly wildlife in landscapes composites; artistic interpretations of wildlife portraits using textures and backgrounds; and alternative photo printing processes. i am also in to iPhone-ography.

I am writing my own Walden so to speak. An illustrated book of short stories and essays about my "brute neighbors" on the high desert and western marshlands. I am using a style of textured and composite photography which I call photo illustration. It combines the romanticism of wildlife and landscape painting with the realism of photography.

I am most interested in contacting publishers and qualified agents. I am also open to publishing in journals and magazines if there are any editors out there interested in fresh beautifully illustrated content.
