My father was a pilot in the Swedish Air Force. He took me to his air force base the first time when I was 6. Probably because of this I like going to aircraft museums and air shows.

My interest got a big kick when I visited the Flying Legends in Duxford, England in the summer of 2006.

I try to take and collect photos of all aircraft I have seen and I download photos, when I find them better than my own. Thank you all who make high quality photos available on flickr. I upload photos I think can contribute to the public collection.

My old Sony DSC-H5 camera had a good zoom, but a sensor that was too small for high quality photos. After 6 years of service it was replaced in 2012 by a Sony SLT-A57. In December 2016 I bought my latest camera, a Sony SLT-A99 Mk II. Hope it will help me getting even better photos.
