Howdy,
(Constructive criticism is welcome, but please leave ideas or tips )
I have always liked taking random shots, to catch the moment, or to share a memory. There is quite a lot of truth to the saying that a picture is worth a thousand words, and thousands of pictures are worth a lifetime.
I am currently completely new to photography, don't get me wrong I have taken pictures for many years but none of them of real quality, usually only with a sentimental or friendly value. Recently friends and family have told me that I should take photography as main hobby and better my self at it.
Previously I had only taken shots at Family events, home, gaming events, school events, and the occasional tourist location. But now that I am out of college and just working, I feel that I have a lot more time to really try to learn more about photography and attempt to take my shots to more than just something i grabbed "on the run, or rushed to take with no real thought"
Most of the photos on my profile are taken by me, except those of myself, which are usually a quick shot that I ask a friend to grab or that they sneak in without my knowledge.
