Here in Central Virginia there is plenty of interesting subjects from which to be inspired. From being invited to join in an "outdoor plein air" paint fest to working on the buildings of the University of Virginia's college town I have had real enthusiasm for painting. I myself am finishing up on my career in the workworld and am looking to spend more time behind the easel as soon as this semester ends. I can promise what I will do but with this work shown here I was able to put on a three month exhibit at the Mc Intire School of Commerce on the Lawn of Jefferson's University. My hope is to do at least as well in my future painting here in Central Virginia. I hope you enjoy these sites.
