My name is John Kennedy.

I started taking photos back in 2009 and though it has been some 7 years on I still classify myself as a beginner in the art of photography.

Photos taken by others and then shared on Flicker really inspires me and there are times when most of the photographs I see on Flicker give me the "WOW!" factor, really is inspiring.

I own a Canon 30D with two lenses, one is the 28-90mm f4.5/5.6 lens and I use this lens for Portrait and recently for my macro work with extension tubes.

My 2nd lens is the Cannon 75-300mm f4.5/5.6 and again I use this one for portraits and close-ups of insects, birds etc.
