Well Hello :-)

I'm John, currently working for Scotia Grendel/Xyston. My job entails a few things but the thing I like most about the role is when I can do the photography.

This is a collection of pictures I have taken for the company and also for a few friends. Unless it is specifically stated in the picture's information that I have painted these models then it is the work of someone else, most probably Jon Shields. I have been doing the photography for the company since the new year (Jan 09ish) and I'm pretty much self taught..

My current set up is a Fuji Finepix S700 with two angle poised IKEA lamps with daylight bulbs in them at home and a work set up that is pretty much the same except more powerful lights. Not exactly the million dollar set up of some companies but I think for the set up I have the quality of pictures are not bad.

One thing I am always after is feedback because there is always something new to learn or make better and feedback is one of the ways I can grow and become a better photographer.
