Over the months that I have had the pleasure to be John's contact, he has managed to charm me with his beautiful poetic images. I am totally smitten with his beautiful photo's of his amazing homeland, his charming portraits and his endearing animal shots. His technical skills continue to grow in leaps and bounds and I eagerly look forward to each new post. His enchanting gallery of photo's is one not to miss and I enjoy going through it again and again. I am also honored to call John my dear friend. Behind the lens is not only a highly skilled photographer, but a person of honor, integrity, fun personality, grace and abundant charm. John, you're the best! Cheers, mate!! May 6, 2008

John is my younger brother who has always had an eye for art and I am seeing this through his excellent photos that have been posted. He is a dear brother (as is my other brother and my sister) who has such a laid-back approach to life that sometimes I wonder if he is just hanging on there without moving forward. I am learning that this is an approach that I need to learn – living in the moment. What a gift! Using Flickr has given us another opportunity to connect with something in common – taking photos. I admire John for his talent and look forward to the lessons I can learn from him as time progresses. Thanks for being a dear brother John.
