Have been interested in photography for years originally 35mm, used to develop my own BW photos before family commitments meant photography took a back seat.

A few years ago decided to enter the digital world and purchased a Panasonic bridge camera but quickly found this didn’t provide the quality and flexibility I wanted. Then started on the expensive equipment road now on my third Sony DSLR and have just spent a ridiculous amount on new glass.

Main interests are wildlife, travel and aviation as evidenced by my pictures on flickr. Still learning and trying to hone the person behind the lens to try a take reasonable pictures.
