My name is Joe Reitz. I am the consummate nerd.

I currently live in Westmont, IL and work as the Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Talaris. I graduated LSU's Manship School of Mass Communication in 2007 with a BA in Advertising, but I've balanced my work between Advertising, Copywriting, Marketing Communications, Graphic Design and Photography ever since.

As a side hobby, I founded Photologic Images in 2009 to help me reach my own personal and artistic goals. Photography is something I simply love to do, but to do it justice it needs to be financially self-sustaining. So I put my many skillsets to use to keep my wife from becoming a murderer make my hobby financially viable. I've shot many projects for local families and events, and I've even had the unique opportunity to shoot for several of the American Honda Motor Company's in-house marketing magazines. I also designed photologicimages.com as well as joereitz.com completely independent from the start to finish.

I've had many titles over the years... student, Sunday School teacher, journalist, United States Marine, musician, blogger, athlete, designer, photographer- and my personal favorite- husband. I am extremely dedicated to my family and my craft, and I believe that is one of many keystones to the measure of a man. So rest assured, integrity is at the core of my work ethic.
