My start in photography was back in 4th Grade with a Kodak 110 Camera my father bought me for my birthday. That camera brought me loads of fun. In time I progressed into a 35 mm fixed lens camera fixed lens that I dropped in a river during 6th grade camp for which I received an under water photography award. In 10th Grade, I progressed to a Nikon EM and enjoyed being a journalism and yearbook photographer for the Osawatomie High School. After graduating I progressed up to the Minolta 7000 that I found to be the best camera. In 2005, while at MGM, LAS, I put it in baggage check and it came out destroyed. Opportunity presented itself to progress into the Digital format with the Nikon D70. I have used the Nikon D300 to shoot my images, but in 2016 I progressed to the Nikon 810.
Nature is what I really like, but I love aviation photography as well. Currently living in Springfield, Missouri, has proved to give opportunities for landscape and scenic images but lacking in Aviation Photography area. It is my intent, living in the hills of Missouri, to get out and do more nature images.
I hope that there is something here for everyone to enjoy. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy!
Thank You
Joe
