There are moments in time where people shine , there are moments in time of appreciation of integrity, friendship , honesty, and being "TRUE". This is one of those times to also say thankyou to Sandra for being a stead fast loyal friend to me on flickr. Testimonials are a funny thing,as usually we just talk of the photography prowess, of certain individuals which is so evident in their work . Sandras work, especially her horse paintings, (because they are way too good to be called photographs) are of the highest caliber.........and that plus her dog pictures, or what ever she posts brings out a sense of nobility of her subjects which is not easy to accomplish with animals. But that aside, and I do not mean to speak less of Sandra`s talent , is how she comes to the table for a friend ,and she brings so much as a friend because her sincerity, and strength, is a mark of somebody who marches to her own drummer, and is self assured, and secure, that she is not society conscious........... she is an astute person .and a friend who makes you feel you got a friend in her ( if she likes you ). In the last little while I had to put up with some sheer stupidity from a few small minded fools of the screen, and Sandra was always there as a true friend. She stuck her neck out and I recognized how very sepcial she was (as with others too) because it was easier to attack and be safe, or just stay out of it, than be true to what she knew was right and make a stand. Sandra`s gesture of incredible respect to me as a photographer, spoke volumes to me, as in her heart she knew what was right.....and what was not right. That speaks of courage, determination, and class .....what a spectacular friend you are Sandra and one which I appreciate more than you will ever know. Further,as far as your photography is concerned, you are very talented and I see some real genius in your horse pictures especially,..........which is beyond Pro. I am honored and pleased to do your first testimonail and I am shocked I am the first to put in a testimonial as how unique and special you are......a great friend, a great photographer, a wondeful human being, and a appreciated comrade of mine......keep on clicking Sandra, and thanks for the balance of sanity that you bring to the flickr Island .............I`m pretty independant and I can fend myself pretty well, but you went over and above to make you thoughts known, and I realize this, which makes me realize that I am the lucky one in this friendship......................Howard P.S.
