Singer, pianist, amateur photographer, art welder.

In my mid twenties, I had received an opportunity to purchase a SLR from a gentleman that worked at a local model railroad store. I walked away with a 1960's Mamiya Sekor, a few lenses and accessories for $75.00. Almost 20 years later, after the digital age took over and left me in the dark for quite some time, I finally had able to afford to upgrade to a DSLR and rediscover photography in a big way.

I had no idea that photography was going to change my outlook of this world.....forever.

There is nothing like preserving a moment in time, nothing like seeing the beauty of an insect that our unaided eye just cannot see, nothing like connecting with nature on such a level that you understand it's purpose, and your purpose here on earth. Photography has given me an opportunity to be an artist, to share my vision, and to share my love of the outdoors with friends and family.
