I am an amateur photographer &; have used a camera since around 8 years of age. My father gave me a basic developing kit including an enlarger when 13. Started processing my own films and prints as soon as pocket money would afford the chemicals etc.

Carried on with mainly B/W darkroom work until 2000 when I got my first digital camera.; a Kodak DC280. This was followed by a Minolta DSC 7Hi. My current equipment consists of a Nikon D90, D7200 and an 18-300mm VR lens with which I do most of my photography.

My main interests are in landscapes, close-ups and portraits, although I'll usually have a go at photographing just about anything.
