USE OF PHOTOS

Many of my pics carry an Attribute-Non-Commercial licence via Creative Commons. In other words, you can do pretty much anything you want to them so long as A) proper credit is given (such as a simple "photo by: James LeVeque" and link if at all possible) and B) they are not put to commercial use.

 

By "commercial use", I do not mean "displayed on a website which sells things or displays ads". What I'm specifically forbidding is the use of my photos for commercial purposes. Such as in ads/promotional materials, placing behind a "paywall", printing in a magazine or otherwise selling copies.

  

If you yourself are photographed here, then, reguardless of the license, you may copy, edit, display, etc., etc. so long as, again, credit is given and the image is not put to commercial use.

 

In all cases, exceptions can be made. Contact me for more info.
