A nuclear engineer by training; an advocate for nuclear energy; a researcher, struggling experimentalist, and struggling microscopist; and a graduate student in pursuit of three all-important little letters to tack on to the end of my name.

But I also like to think of myself as an amateur photographer, trained in the art of the lens primarily by my father, who is a part-time travel photojournalist.
