Very amateur photographer...took some pictures here and there but recently upgraded to a DSLR.

Started photography with a Minolta Maxxum 3000i, Nikon Pronea S (APS), moved to a Canon Powershot A75 (3.2MP!!) (Broke), Canon SX10is (sold), and now a happy owner of a Nikon D5000 with a Nikon 18-200 VRII, and very recently a used (ebay) Nikon 50mm 1.8D.

4/2011 - got me a Nikon 35mm F1.8 AF-S ('twas hard to find! but got a best buy demo!)
