Like many people here, I first picked up photography to capture the priceless moments of my children's lives. Since buying my first DSLR - a Canon 40D in September 2007, photography has become an increasingly important part of my life.

Ironically, thanks to my daughters' reluctance to be photographed, I've had the opportunity to explore other genres, including macro, landscape, and wildlife photography. The more I shoot, the more I realize there is to learn. Photography is a lifelong journey, and I'm always learning from others. Your comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
