Jim White Enterprises is a full scale entertainment company which also provides consultation services and produces and develops exciting new concepts. JWE is actively involved in all facets of the entertainment industry, including film, music production, new media publishing and television. Along with Jim White’s partner Abdul “Duke” Fakir of the legendary Motown signing group The FOUR TOPS and Daniel M. Honigman the company has been in L.A. area since 1992.
JWE has amassed a proud list of clientele in the corporate, community and entertainment sectors, while also catering to individual celebrities.
White has helped to guide numerous entertainers in their careers and has Choreographed some of his favorite old school superstar recording acts such as The Four Tops, Enchantment, The Spinners, The Dramatics, Floaters and The Contours. He has written and produced songs for The Force MD's, The Four Tops, Frankie Valli and The Last Poets. He's produced for Island, Tommyboy and Warner Bros. record companies.
As a writer producer, White has shared the spotlight with some of the worlds most respected record producers such as Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Full Force, Dexter Wonzel, Jelly bean Benitez and Marley Marl. White has also performed in and helped to stage the award winning music video starring Aretha Franklin "Freeway of love" the Pink cadillac. He managed both 1989 and 1990 Miss USA winners.
White sets the example and encourages others with philanthropic abilities to give back to their communities. A few examples of the organizations he has assisted is his close, dear friend, the world renowned scientist Dr. Jane Goodall, with the Jane Goodall Institute. He works also with the Magic Johnson foundation, ORT, Maple Counseling, UNCF and Vista Del Mar.
