I've been enjoying photography for nearly 50 years. My grandfather and father were photographers so I grew up with cameras and darkrooms located somewhere in our house.

In 1968 I graduated from the New York Institute of Photography yet never practiced photography as a profession. Instead I have enjoyed photography as a creative expression and a calming element in my life. While I love to photograph wildlife I enjoy all subjects. After 40 years of wildlife photography I have become bored and I am starting to explore other subjects for creative expression.
