Flickr is where photography really started for me. Back in 2006, I was looking for a hobby or creative outlet. I found it here. I learned about photography and light and myself by taking photos every single day for four almost continuous years.

 

Everyone shifted to Facebook a while back. But for sharing photos, Flickr has always been better.

I first met Jim in early 2008 and he has become one of my closest flickr friends. Jim is an American Hero, he served his country in the military and now serves his community through volunteer work. Jim's photostream is always humorous and fun and I love how he shows us his life through his photostream. Jim is also a great friend to many of us, he is one of those people you can lean on when you need someone to listen. So thank you Jim, I'm glad I met you via Flickr! Keep the excitement coming... we'll be here to watch :)
