Once posted in Silver Dogbone and your photo has received one or more Silver Dogbone awards AND your total of awards from the two groups combined is eight (8) or more, click on the link to post in TOP DOG.

Our goal was to create a loyal, generous and happy group, not necessarily the biggest. I am so thankful for the generous members in our group. Recently I did a check on awards presented to others by members in the first six pages. Of 126 members only one gave less than 3 awards. Most give 5 or more awards. REMEMBER THAT GENEROSITY FROM ALL MEMBERS IS THE KEY. WHEN YOU AWARD MORE, YOU GET MORE.

I will continue to check the group awards given by members each day for each entry. I will erase any photo whose owner has not given 3 or more awards. A small number who repeatedly do not respond to our code of generosity have been banned and I will continue to do so for flagrant violators.

We will start this new procedure immediately so I can monitor it, make changes if necessary and answer questions. By the time we leave for the trip things should run smoothly without us. During the month of June, when Jim and Sue are gone,

I am asking each member, all admins and moderators to be even more generous to other members when awarding. In the meantime Sue and I will both award as we have been doing.

When it is possible for us, each photo in the WOOF YOU Group will henceforth be given an Admin and a WOOF YOU award by Jim and a Moderator award by Sue. All you need to qualify for Level II Silver Dogbone is two additional awards from other members.

As a group founder, you find certain other Group Leaders which you trust and admire. I admire Chris of the World who runs a number of groups. I actively participate in his three level group, "Beautiful Earth" being Level 1. Chris is changing his groups to a system similar to the one described above.

I also admire PAUL1852X who founded, "Perfection in Pictures", "The Perfect Picture," and "Exhibition of Talent," Many of you are members of Chris's and Paul's groups and know that I post in them each day and if I see loyal members of WOOF YOU, I present the appropriate group awards. I highly recommend the groups of Chris and Paul to those who post in multiple groups.

Please continue your loyal support of WOOF YOU. Volunteer to be a Moderator in the Groups by by sending me a flickrmail. We so love all our members.

One more note: The group has been maintained at a nice level of actively posting members. I know that some of this comes from our members speaking nicely about the group to their friends and contacts. Please be sure to tell anyone you would like to have in the group as a member that we share our motto with Beautiful Earth Groups, "HONOR, INTEGRITY, GENEROSITY"
