I've just turned 40, I'm tolerated by my gorgeous wife and blessed with the best three kids I know. I count myself extremely fortunate to have a steady secure job and a good home in a safe part of the World.

I'm just getting back into 'proper' photography after 20 years of point'n'shoot. I have access to a variety of Nikons (D90, D80, D100, D200 and D2) and fantastic lenses at work, but most of my photos are taken at home with a Fuji Finepix S5800 (what a camera for £120, and, I am reliably informed, made by Nikon!). When I win the Lottery I'll trade up...

Please let me know what you think of my efforts, constructive criticism will help me to grow...

11 years older and none the wiser. A lot of water under the bridge since 2009 and I've finally rediscovered and reactivated Flickr, and resolved to use it in conjunction with my instagram public account, @photozord. I'm now using a Nikon D5600, invariably with a fast Sigma EX 70-200mm f/2.8 EX lens and 2.0 x TC, but loving the always-there excellence of my Huawei P20 Pro phone...
