Make the Most of What You Have Today!

In photography, it is so easy to envy those who have the latest and greatest equipment and software. But having the latest doesn't determine skill or quality of work.

Being able to make the most of what you have now does! Being able to work with the equipment and software you have now (or lack of! lol!) will do more to develop your skills, voice and vision when it comes to photography. It causes you to take risks and think out of the box. It allows you to think through solutions you may have never thought through otherwise. That is how real photography knowledge is built.

Right now I am focusing on photography through my mobile phone while I recover from a serious illness. Although I can't spend time on the computer editing as I would like, I can make use of my time resting to work on my iPhone images. I can develop my vision and fight off fears about not being able to do regular photography right now.
