Hi everyone,

I'm on Flickr to learn about and share polymer clay creations. I am rather new to polymer clay, but I have found it to be enthralling. Please share your polymer clay ideas with me :).

If you see something on my flickr that you would like

to buy, send me a flickr mail, I could add a reserved sale at my store on etsy. I invite you to visit my Etsy store at

http:/www.jillpalumbo.etsy.com

I have a new blog at

palumbojewelry.blogspot.com/

1. My name is Jill. I'm a wife, mother, sister, teacher, friend and artist.

I have a wonderful husband who means the world to me. We have been blessed with two sons, Nick and Vince. They are both an adventure and a joy simultaneously. I give many prayers of thanks for them each and every day.

2. I am a study in contradictions. I am sometimes too trusting and sometimes too judgmental. I am against all wars and conflicts, a lover of peace, and also a veteran of the armed forces. I am a believer and yet experience periodic losses of faith since I have a father who is a minister and valued my siblings and mother and me so little that our lives, safety and wellbeing were and continue to be of no importance to him.

3. I am a lover of art, of beauty, of nature. I am often inspired to create things based on something beautiful that I have seen.

4. I am a lover of languages and the discovery of differences and commonalities between cultures.

5. I love to look at something and figure out how it is made, but I hate to read directions. I love to push buttons and play with things until I can figure them out.

6. I love my students, and I pray each day that I will act in ways to let them see my concern for them. I love to teach them, but I love to learn from them as well. They have so much to teach me.

7. I worry constantly about so many things. I care so deeply about everyone, both near and far from me, that I am often overwhelmed. I wish there were enough hours in the day to be a good mother, good friend, good sister, good wife, good teacher, and in the end I always fall short.

8. I am happiest when I am creating something, and especially when I am making something for someone in particular. Each time that I do this, I feel blessed and content.

Thanks very much,

ありがとう,

Merci ,

¡gracias!

Jill

I have known Jill almost since the day I joined Flickr around 8 months ago, She is a lovely, gentle person and her work is so creative and amazing. I am honoured that she has chosen some of my wildlife subjects to turn into eternal beauty. I am so pleased she is my contact so I have immediate access to the photographs she displays on flickr showing the step-by-step development of her beautiful work.

I bought the most lovely necklace from Jill this past week. It is absolutely gorgeous. It was very beautifully packaged and the shipping was super fast. Communication was terrific. I heartily recommend purchasing from her. Beverly Jane
