My name is Jillian and I'm a Music Industry student at Ramapo College and an intern at Anaka Records. The title of this blog refers to the Billboard Top 100 charts, and if you didn't figure that out on your own, that's a problem. I will be posting music that is in my personal Top 100 right now, which can range anywhere from independent alternative artists to fist-pumping techno. As a young grasshopper of the music business, this blog will serve as my diary as an intern experiencing all that is the music industry – good, and most likely bad. Hopefully, people will read this and enjoy the music I post and be somewhat amused by how I am wasting my time these days. Leave some comments and let me know what you think.

I am very open for anyone to send me music that you think might interest me. I love pop music above all, but am very interested in the genres and subgenres of techno, hip hop, alternative, electronic, or a combination of these. Since I am in college, I am very interested in music in the college circuit, including independent artists who want some exposure – so, again, feel free to send me some music. I will never ignore someone who wants me to hear their music because I would never want someone to do that to me, and if you’re out there trying, then you deserve to be heard.
