The Japan Information and Culture Center (JICC) is the cultural and public affairs section of the Embassy of Japan in Washington D.C. Our primary role is to promote better understanding of Japan and Japanese culture by providing a wide range of information, educational services and programs to the public. We are committed to fostering friendship and promoting mutual understanding between Japan and the United States.
The JICC is conveniently located near Farragut North on the Red line and Farragut West on the Orange, Silver, and Blue lines. Throughout the year we host a number of Japan-related films, lectures, performances and exhibitions.
Open Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm
