Attribution — You must give copyright attribution by providing a link/hyperlink back to the original image page in the photostream. Do not use any text/name tag with this © logo. You may not in any way suggest I have endorsed your usage.

Method — I have switched off the option to allow users to download the source file from Flickr, you may create share or embed links to use the image. You may capture the image digitally via screen capture or similar means. When you do so, it will be your responsibility to add proper copyright attribution.

Non-Commercial — You may not use the material commercially or for profit.

No Derivatives — You may not change the material in any manner except for resizing, resizing does not include cropping into another aspect ratio or cropping in part.

No Prints — You may not make any prints.

Humans — Images with humans in them may not be used to advocate for any causes, even if these causes are non-profit or non-commercial in nature.

Duration — The usage period is 01 year from your date of download, upon expiry, it will automatically renew in accordance to the prevailing terms and conditions on this page.

Termination — Your usage will be terminated with immediate effect if the material is used in any manner which: 1) is illegal. 2) promotes hatred of any kind against any group or individual. 3) impersonates the identity of another person.

There is no need to inform me about your usage if you adhere to the terms stated above, however, it will be your responsibility to check this page for any updates to the terms if you wish to continue using after 01 year.

If you have used any material before an update, you may continue using according to the terms before they were updated until the end of it's original 01 year period, upon expiry, the prevailing terms and conditions will take effect.

If you happen to be in one of the images, appearing in it does not grant any more usage rights to what the terms above allow. However, if you have privacy concerns, you may contact me to have the image removed from public viewing.

I reserve the right to terminate usage by any party. In such an event, a notice with a 01 month compliance period will be served.
