I'm Associate Professor of Philosophy at the National University of Singapore (where I've taught since getting my Ph.D. in Philosophy from UC Berkeley way back around the turn of the century.)

So philosophy is the job. Illustration the hobby. Then the streams crossed! I'm co-author of Reason and Persuasion (4th edition) an illustrated introduction to the philosophy of Plato.
