I am a Junior at Stadium High School. For my 17th birthday I received a Canon Digital Rebel from my photographer Aunt Robin. I love taking photos, but I need to do it more often. I also have an old 1970s Minolta film camera, that I sometimes use. I am trying to convince my parents that we should convert our attic into a darkroom so I could develop and print my own black & white photos, but that probably want happen. I love situations that force me to take photos, its one of the only ways to motivate me, otherwise, nothing gets done.

I am also a big fan of music (see my www.last.fm/user/jgrocho/). I want to learn to play bass, but school and photography come first.
