Where to even start. Millie darling. The minute I discovered this shimmering jewel that is Millie Clinton, I was truly blown away right then and there. Granted, just taking a peek at her stream will tell you this all for your own, but her photography is like non other. I'm not just saying that. I find her work scattered and bits in pieces by her admirires all over the internet, and every time I spot it I am not only in awe, but I know for sure that must be a Millie Clinton. No other work is quite like hers. Her creativity never ceases to amaze me, how she can capture of lovely girl in a lovely place and create a jaw-opening image. Taking something so simple and make it into art. I literally find myself staring at her work, wondering how she came up with something so brilliant, gaping at it's beauty. Many a-times have I done so, and with every new photoshoot upload, every new image I find myself giddy with joy at what it will be. As if I haven't hinted at this enough so far, I must just say that this darling girl is most certainly one of my favorite flickr's out there, she is as sweet as her photography. I remember the first image of hers I saw. It was the one of Matilda in a train station, and only minutes later I found another of her model Jade with the planes. And with each find I just became more and more impressed. With every new photoshoot, each and every one of her uplaods, she never ceases to leave me in awe. When you ask her processing tricks, how the tones and lighting and just about everything else can be so entirely dreamy she says it simply has to do with the fact that she only uses film. Granted, film does have beautiful qualities, but looking at her work it is apparent that it has to do with much more than just that. Millie is a magician when it comes to film. Seriously. She twists light and plays with colouring on peoples faces like I have never seen before. And somehow, with every roll, she manages to do it absolutely perfectly. That all said, this testimonial is far over due. I have been searching for words trying to express my love for her photography and yet, I still know my words cant even possibly do her justice. So I will just leave it at this. That she is a remarkable girl with an eye for the world like non other and so really, just prepare yourself for something wonderful and go take a look for yourself.
